Saracen Architecture is a small architectural design and drafting practice for new homes and renovations. Based in Christchurch (St Albans / Mairehau) we have extensive experience working with clients and councils around New Zealand .

We provide a complete design and drafting service for builders and private homeowners who value a designer who truly listens.

With over 30 years of architectural design experience, we hold Licensed Building Practitioner (Design) accreditation (as well as Professional Indemnity insurance to $1M) and have delivered plans for new homes and renovations of all sizes and budgets.
